Unity Building Consultancy is led by Matthew Green, a chartered building surveyor with an MSc in Building Surveying and experience across residential, commercial, central government, defence, education and insurance sectors.
Before founding Unity, Matthew was Regional Surveying Manager at one of the UK’s leading loss adjusting firms, and has previously held positions at leading London-based international consultancies. He has produced defect diagnosis and latent defect reports for insurers, commercial landlords and private property owners.
