Enquiries and contact form
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property location and the details of your enquiry. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the advice or services you request.
Your enquiry is sent to us by email and a copy is stored securely within our website so that we can track and respond to enquiries properly. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing. We retain it only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work.
Our contact form uses Web3Forms to deliver enquiry emails to us. Their handling of data in transit is governed by their own privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.
Media
If you are ever invited to upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors could download and extract that data.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies to track visitors. If you log in as an administrator, WordPress sets functional cookies to keep you signed in and remember your screen preferences; these contain no data relevant to ordinary visitors.

How long we retain your data
Enquiry data submitted through the contact form is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is deleted. For any registered users, we store the information in their user profile, which they can see, edit or delete at any time.
What rights you have over your data

Where your data is sent
Enquiries submitted through the website are transmitted via Web3Forms for email delivery. We do not otherwise send your data outside our systems.
