Independent support for policyholders through building insurance claims, from first inspection to completed repairs, across Norfolk, Suffolk and surrounding counties.

When it matters

Suffered insured damage to your property?

A fire, flood, storm or escape of water is upsetting and disruptive. On top of the damage to your home or premises, you are suddenly facing a major reinstatement you never planned for, and dealing with an insurer or loss adjuster for the first time.

It is a great deal to take on at an already difficult time. We take that weight off your shoulders, acting on your behalf to make sure the damage is properly scoped, the works are right, and your property is reinstated to the standard you are entitled to, working alongside your insurer and their loss adjuster throughout.

Good to know

You can appoint your own surveyor

As a policyholder, you are often entitled under your policy to appoint your own surveyor to scope and manage the reinstatement works, subject to your policy wording. That gives you an experienced chartered building surveyor acting solely in your interest, managing the reinstatement on your behalf.

Not sure what your policy allows? Contact your insurer to confirm whether you can appoint your own surveyor, then get in touch and we will take it from there.

01 Scoping the works

Scoping the reinstatement

We inspect the property, assess the damage and produce a detailed schedule of works that sets out exactly what is needed to reinstate your property properly.

We then work with your insurer and their loss adjuster to agree the scope of the works, so nothing is missed and your property is properly reinstated.

02 Managing the works

Managing the works to completion

We procure and tender the works to suitable contractors, establishing the cost of the reinstatement on the return of competitive tenders, and help you appoint the right contractor.

We then project manage the reinstatement through to completion, protecting quality, cost and programme, so the works are done right and your property is put back as it should be.
